Knollwood Construction was referred to me by other customers. In the course of our business dealings, they designed a gorgeous deck surfaced in cedar with the moisture resistant columns we needed to combat our soil conditions. They completed a very complex excavation and construction process on time, and on budget. Subsequently, we had them create a patio door enclosure and install a double (French doors) door and frame it in. The work again came in on time, but on this occasion under budget. I would recommend their services to anyone and plan to use their craftsmen in the future as we progress through our remodeling of our 30 year old residence. Please note what set Knollwood apart from others was the graphic presentation, willingness to meet with us and modify the design to accommodate the developing project. We were part of the operation from the beginning through the completion phase, being consulted as developments occurred.
