Screen Room Addition

Knollwood Construction is putting the final touches on a room addition in River Forest, IL. This addition is 20ft x 18ft. Key features include: clear cedar interior and exterior, T&G ceiling, IPE flooring and custom screens.

Re-finished Entry Door

This fir entry door was in bad shape due to the western exposure and water damage. After hours of sanding, the application of 3 coats of finish and new hardware, the entry looks much more inviting.

Custom Columns

Just completed two columns for Barrington, Il remodel project. These columns are about 8 feet tall and 1 foot square. They are made from poplar and birch plywood. They will be installed on opposite sides of the living room entryway. After installation they will be painted gloss white to match the existing trim in the house.Custom columns, poplar and birch plywood
